Development of Semi-Conductors & Pulsed Power Sensors in Russian Federation
The special material for semi-conductors usually has the resistance between the resistance of a conductor and a non-conductor. Variations of temperature or added “impurities” also change the resistance.

Like x-ray lithography and electron beam lithography today.
Such a useful thing as pulsed power devices was brought into life in Russia. They apply those sensors to do lots of actions in any conditions. They meet their use in business, manufacture and personal constructions. The igbt modules may be of any properties and form. For example those motion detectors signaling on the light flashes or sometimes radiation measurers.
Alone the current sensor won't be useful. There are lots of ways for applying power system dispatchers. They are needed to control system components like voltage, frequency, power flow, to control the state of circuit breakers in subordinate station and the planned interchange of power with the two power systems. System signals and the actions against them are also in their constant control.
The full snap-shot of the power system must be sent to the controllers from the displays on some computer consoles of several sub-stations. The specialists of the RTU were the pioneers to develop subordinate station level data acquisition such as state of CB's, fuses, isolators and analog values like MW, Hz, Amps and more. Russian Federation and China are now the most active exporters in this sphere.
