The power of these applications is in the ability to allow participants to browse action plans, access shared documents, be updated on projects, supervise schedules, optimize business processes, be instantly notified of any new objectives and events they are involved in. There are a plenty of approaches to making these applications useful: moderating events, documents and projects, optimizing business processes and coordinating work of several business units or even firms.
